 Amendments Are Important  A vote AGAINST Amendments 5 and

           6 would:

           Amendments 5 and 6 would:
           •  Set non-political standards for
           redistricting
           •  Reduce the gerrymandering of
           districts

           A vote AGAINST Amendments 5 and
           6 would:
           •  Continue to allow the legislature
           to draw districts to favor an
           incumbent or political party



           Amendment 8- Class Sizes
           Summary:


           •  For kindergarten through 3rd
           grade, teachers are limited to 18
           students
           •  For 4th through 8th grade,
           teachers are limited to 22 students
           •  For 9th through 12th grade,
           teachers are limited to 25 students

           A vote FOR Amendment 8 would:
           •  Provide more flexibility when
           meeting class size requirements
           •  Allow limits to increase
           by a maximum of five students for
           each level
           •  Allow more local control for
           teacher-student ratios

           A vote AGAINST Amendment 8
           would:
           •  Leave class sizes as is
